Security

Zoom and Webex authorization happens through OAuth. Bulkord requests only the access needed for the supported recording workflow and does not ask for your Zoom or Webex password.

Can I use Zoom and Webex with the same Bulkord app?
Yes. Bulkord supports Zoom and Webex in the current multi-provider beta. You can connect either provider, and the app is designed to let you add the other provider as well.
Does Bulkord need my Zoom or Webex password?
No. The supported flow uses OAuth authorization on the provider's own sign-in pages.
Do Zoom and Webex recordings appear exactly the same?
The underlying APIs differ, so some metadata can differ. Bulkord normalizes the core fields needed for browsing and downloading into one dashboard format.
How does the Free 1 GB allowance work?
Free accounts can download any selection, across any meetings, until the cumulative downloaded amount for that connected account reaches 1 GB. Once your selection is larger than the remaining allowance, Bulkord asks you to upgrade.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is planned as a one-time $10 purchase per connected account (Zoom or Webex), with unlimited downloads. It is not available for purchase yet.
