Can I use Zoom and Webex with the same Bulkord app?
Yes. Bulkord supports Zoom and Webex in the current multi-provider beta. You can connect either provider, and the app is designed to let you add the other provider as well.
Does Bulkord need my Zoom or Webex password?
No. The supported flow uses OAuth authorization on the provider's own sign-in pages.
Do Zoom and Webex recordings appear exactly the same?
The underlying APIs differ, so some metadata can differ. Bulkord normalizes the core fields needed for browsing and downloading into one dashboard format.
How does the Free 1 GB allowance work?
Free accounts can download one file at a time until the cumulative downloaded amount for that connected provider account reaches 1 GB. Once the remaining allowance is smaller than the selected file, Bulkord asks you to upgrade.
Is Pro tied to a provider?
No. The product direction is Bulkord Free and Bulkord Pro, rather than separate Zoom and Webex products.
